Strong knowledge of strategy development methodologies
General understanding of financial modeling
Excellent analytical skills
Proven interviewing skills
Strong report/business writing skills (both in Russian and in English)

Availability to work under tough deadlines
Profound knowledge of Microsoft Office
Russian — native / fluent, English — native /fluent
