• Analyse strategic position and strategic development options;
• Analyse and monitor business performance, key performance indicators, trends and understand the business drivers;
• Perform market analysis, benchmarking among global and local peers, evaluate and monitor competitive positioning;
• Prepare financial models at strategic and operational levels;
• Draft presentations to the shareholders, partners and top management.

• Comprehensive theoretical and working knowledge of corporate finance and strategy;
• Practical experience in report writing and the preparation of electronic presentations using MS Applications;
• Practical working knowledge of MS Excel and the ability to structure and build financial models / business plans;
• VB knowledge is an advantage;
• Knowledge of financial reporting (IFRS);
• Ability to deliver excellent job, being result oriented;
• Flexible approach to working, including ability to multi-task;
• Proven ability to acquire new skills quickly;
• Business writing skills (both in Russian and in English);
• Team player;
• Curious mind and energetic personality.
