Our firm is searching for an Equity Analyst/Senior Analyst to assist the CIO in building and maintaining our equity investments. We are primarily focused on value companies that have healthy balance sheets, strong cash flows and are keen to constantly increase shareholder returns. Candidates should have at least a minimum of two plus years’ experience in equity research and/or portfolio management.

Responsibilities
• Assisting with idea generation and monitoring investments on a daily basis;
• Gathering and researching data in order to provide fundamentally driven investments ideas;
• Following macro/micro news along with earnings reports for the assessment of equity investments;
• Assisting in the development of research materials, including comments for the press when necessary;
• Providing client advisory on equities and equity-based products;
• Stay in regular contact with the sales team, including regular support at face to face meetings with clients;

Requirements
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as an equity analyst and/or in portfolio management. Experience investing in global equities is strongly preferred;
• Strong academic credentials; CFA or CFA candidacy preferred;
• Strong interpersonal skills and experience in a collaborative, results-oriented environment;
• Fluency in Russian and English is mandatory. Other foreign languages is a plus.
