Responsibilities
• Investments accounting (bookkeeping and support in preparation of investment schedule for calculation of NAV and monitoring)
• Supporting preparation and review financial statements for the Funds with support from external administrators (liaising with administrators)
• Supporting the preparation of quarterly reporting presentations for Investors
• Supporting the preparation and review of capital account statements for Investors
• Supporting ad-hoc requests for Investor meetings/board meetings
• Supporting the audit of the funds as needed
• Monitoring and control of investors capital movements (capital calls, distributions, etc)
• Monitoring and reconciliation of fund cash movements on weekly basis
• Supporting ad- hoc calculations and projections for funds
• Supporting ad-hoc requests from Partners
• Modelling cap-tables
• Cash reconciliation of UK legal entity accounts on weekly basis
• Liaising with external accountants of UK legal entity on a regular basis to provide information as needed
• Support in review of VAT returns for UK legal entity

Requirements
• Degree in Finance or Economics (at least bachelor, masters preferred)
• 1-3 years of full-time experience in Big 4, multinational or large Russian corporation with reporting or audit experience
• English (advanced), finance terminology is a must
• IFRS knowledge is essential
