Responsibilities
• Financial, strategic and operational modeling (i.e. DCF models for Upstream and Downstream projects);
• Analysis of investment projects (deep dive with industry and technical experts);
• Development of Business plans, Strategy initiatives, Operational efficiency initiatives;
• Organization of funding;
• Preparation of Oil & Gas market reports;
• Analytical support of shareholders on strategic decisions;

Requirements

• Comprehensive theoretical and working knowledge of corporate finance / business valuation (DCF, market approach);
• Participation in / or completion of CFA, ACCA is a big plus;
• 2+ years of experience in corporate finance or Consulting (i.e. Investment banks, PE funds, Strategy Consulting, Business valuation department of BIG 4, In-house M&A departments etc.)
• Comprehensive theoretical and working knowledge of corporate finance / business valuation (DCF, market approach);
• Participation in / or completion of CFA, ACCA is a big plus;
• 2+ years of experience in corporate finance or Consulting (i.e. Investment banks, PE funds, Strategy Consulting, Business valuation department of BIG 4, In-house M&A departments etc.)
