− Preparation of internal and client presentations and discussion materials;
− Pricing and quantitative analysis of derivative and structured finance transactions;
− Coordination of approval and execution processes with relevant departments and support functions;
− Preparation of transaction term sheets;
− Preparation of internal credit applications and materials;
− Presenting structured solutions to the clients.

Requirements
− 1-2 years of relevant experience in derivatives and structured finance for Analyst; banking / finance / consulting internships experience for intern;
− Degree in economics/finance/math/physics/engineering;
− Strong verbal and written communication skills in Russian and English;
− Basic knowledge of bond/equity mechanics, derivatives, structured products;
− High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint;
− Ability to work with clients and explain complex products in simple words;
− Quick, responsive, grasping ideas, stress-resistant, highly motivated;
− CFA candidate would be a plus.
